Located on one of the largest beachfront lots on Tybee Island. The property includes Private access to the North Beach of Tybee Island. Tybee's North Beach is considered a much less populated portion of the beach with little commercial activity. This is where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is little wave action in comparison with the "main" beach. North beach is known for dolphin watching, watching the large container ships coming to port in Savannah, and views across to Hilton Head Island.
