Located right next door to Village By The Sea #3, this brand new town home has three stories of spaciousness for everyone to enjoy their vacation time, regardless of age! This is a great place for families, groups or corporate retreats! With this unit sleeping 8 guests and the unit next-door sleeping 6, there's plenty of room for everyone! Enter the home on the street level, where there is a spacious family room and a bonus room where the young ones can run around and play while the adults storm watch. Up one flight of stairs to the main living area are the living room, kitchen and dinning room. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the items you'll need to make a great vacation meal or perhaps you'll want to order in from one of the many fun restaurants! Living room has a TV, gas fireplace and a sliding door to the deck. Great views of the South Jetty, the state park and the sea boats coming and going from the harbor and the ocean. You'll enjoy the sounds and the views of the surf breaking beyond the reef. The master suite is also on this main level, with a king bed and a large Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. A half-bath is in the hall just before heading up the stairs. Up on the third level is a fabulous family room with TV, gas fireplace and a sliding door to the deck. Of course, there are plenty of great views from here, too! One guest room as an Ikea sofa bed and a small TV for a game or movie area for the kids. The sofa bed lies flat and will accommodate two smaller guests. The second guest room has a queen size bed. Hall bath has a tub-shower combination. From this town home you can walk to the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Rogue Ale Brewery, Hatfield Marine Science Center or the South Jetty State Park! There is so much fun had and exploration to be done right from this great vacation rental town home! Please Note: The garage door opener for this unit is inside the unit. Guest may use the garage, which is located at the end of the building. There is a fee for a garage door remote not being returned to the unit upon guest departure. Additional Notes: Room for parking two vehicles only, one in the garage, and one directly in front of the garage door.
