The third floor has a family room with more great views and a deck, as well as another gas fireplace and TV. Two guest rooms on the third level, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. Guest bath on this level has a tub/shower combination. This unit will allow up to 6 guests. Walk to the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Rogue Ale Brewery, fishing and crabbing docks, Hatfield Marine Science Center! Please Note: The garage door opener for this unit is inside the unit. Guest may use the garage, which is located at the end of the building. There is a fee for a garage door remote not being returned to the unit upon guest departure. Additional Notes: Room for parking two vehicles only, one in the garage, and one directly in front of the garage door.
