Gleneden Beach is just 5 minutes south of Lincoln City, Oregon and with this home just two blocks off Hwy 101 and just two blocks to the beach access, it's in a perfect location! Nestled amongst the native Rhododendron’s and coastal pine, the property is further enhanced by the natural forest shrubbery and Escalonia. The cozy cottage has two bedrooms and one bath with a tub shower combination. Guest room has a bunk with a full below and a twin above. Living area and dining area are graced by a family piano and a small fireplace, which you may burn presto-type logs in to ad to the charming atmosphere. The kitchen has all you will need to cook u p fun vacations meals - sorry, no dishwasher, but you will find everything else you will need! The kitchen has a sliding glass door, which leads to the back yard patio deck where you'll enjoy the Weber Kettle BBQ, table and chairs for outdoor dining. The main bedroom has a queen bed. Reserve this home early in the year for the wonderful July 4th Parade this little community puts on every year! Or use this home as your vacation home base to venture out to exciting coastal fun such as hiking the Drift Creek Falls, a night out at Chinook Winds Casino and Golf Resort, a day at the Oregon Coast Aquarium, the Newport Bayfront, whale watching, deep sea fishing or simply beach strolling.
