Fully furnished and professionally decorated - all you need to bring is your toothbrush and clothes - we provide virtually everything else.
Monthly rates start as low as $1,650 per month depending on unit size, location, and amenities. We have homes from 2 bed/2 bath to 3 bed/3.5 baths, some with carports or garages. With rates starting as low as $55 per night, we can be much more cost effective than a hotel room! A $20 application fee and a security deposit are required for all of our rentals. Small pets are negotiable – extra monthly rent and a non-refundable cleaning fee is required.
The living area in the home shown in the photos features vaulted ceilings with high intensity overhead lighting. A fireplace, ceiling fan and a dining table for four (expandable to seat six) is directly adjacent. Just off the living room is a covered porch with seating for four and a bistro table for outdoor enjoyment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Maytag side by side fridge, a microwave, and a smooth top stove along with everything else you would expect. All plates, cups, glasses, tableware, pots and pans, silverware and everything other than the food itself is there for you. Overhead is decorator lighting with another general light and ceiling fan. There is a large pass through with its own set of pendant lights that allows for communication between the kitchen and living area.
The master bedroom and bath feature a walk in closet and in the bath you will find a roman tub with tile to the ceiling, a shampoo niche, a corner caddy and top of the line towels and other linens. The second bath is equally as nice, but smaller. Both baths have massaging phone style shower heads.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a small but very nice roll top desk along with its own ceiling fan. The third bedroom is set up as an office with a large desk top and leather executive chair along with a two regular drawer, one file drawer side companion. Although a single roll away bed could be put in the third bedroom this home should be considered as a two bedroom with a separate office. If you need a larger home please read the last paragraph regarding our other properties.
Our gated community has a pool, hot tub, and large clubhouse with a fully equipped gym. The rental comes with a carport. The view from the patio (overlooking the pool and hot tub) is spectacular with great views of Pikes Peak and the entire Front Range.
Of course all utilities are included but this unit does not have a phone (bring your cell phone). It does feature high speed Internet access and a Dell PC with 19" monitor and color printer. This is a great location for corporate executives, corporate trainers, and insurance adjusters – it’s MUCH better and more comfortable than an extended stay hotel - and cheaper in the long run!
This particular home is located in the desirable Springs Ranch (NE) area of Colorado Springs near Security Service Field and the Springs Ranch Golf course (public). Less than a quarter mile away is the Powers corridor with every sort of restaurant, store, sports outlet, movie theatre (with IMAX) and other convenience imaginable. Most of this is in walking distance or only a stones throw away by car.
You will be located only about 25 minutes from the Garden of the Gods Park and all the high tech business on the west side of town including Intel, Kidde, Verizon, and Agilent. Only a half hour north is the Air Force Academy, Briargate, Focus on the Family, T. Rowe Price, Deluxe Checks and other northern businesses. Only a half hour south (all times at rush hour) is downtown Colorado Springs, Fort Carson, and both Colorado Springs Air Force bases. The Colorado Springs airport is only 11 miles (20 minutes) away.
