Located in a quiet central Scottsdale neighborhood, this luxury vacation rental home is close to everything that is Scottsdale. You are within minutes of some of the best golf courses, restaurants, walking/jogging paths, and shopping in Scottsdale. The community borders the Silverado Golf Course, and is an easy 7 minute walk to the club house. You are also very close to the resort style (heated) pool, heated spa/hot tub and tennis courts.
This spacious 1,740+ sqft Tuscan style Villa patio home was completely remodeled January 2008, with new colors and furniture throughout. The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths (sleeps 6 comfortably). You will find a fully equipped kitchen (including a built-in Culligan water filteration system), separate large dining room, master suite and large family room with a bee hive fireplace all on the main floor.
For your entertainment, you will find a new large LCD HDTV, DVD/CD player (with movie/music library) included in the XBox (with games), board games and Wi-Fi high speed cable internet throughout.
For those who need to catch up on some work, there are desks in both the master bedroom and kitchen (or take your laptop and work on the patio or pool area). The unit also boasts a large private patio, 2 car garage and a washer/dryer in the unit.
Designed by a former Fairmont Hotels director, the bedrooms have the finest luxury, hotel quality linens and plush mattresses. The Villa's open layout has a very large main floor master bedroom with a new ultra-plush King bed, spa-like ensuite, large walk-in closet, new LCD HDTV, and access to a large, private patio.
You will find two bedrooms upstairs, the Palm Room has a new ultra-plush King bed, new LCD HDTV, and views of the palms on our patio. The third bedroom has a new ultra-plush Queen bed, with access to the roof top patio that has mountain views.
