Please note that boats, trailers, jet skis, or motor homes are not allowed on property. There is a limit of 2 cars. There will also be a cleaning fee charged upon booking. PETS NOT ALLOWED. All units are non-smoking except on the balcony if applicable. Please note that If necessary, a smoke removal fee may be charged to the guest. The 1 bed/2 bath plus bonus room unit has a USD 173.00 cleaning fee. The 2 bed/2 bath plus bonus room has a USD 189.00 cleaning fee.
