The nice dishes in the kitchen are lit up with lights inside the cupboards. The dining area has a 4-person; elegant table and there are 4-comfy bar stools at the kitchen's bar. Ther is also a stereo/CD player in the Living Room and it has very comfortable leather couches. Welcoming and comfortable home. There is also DSL in the upstairs bedroom.

All bedrooms are spacious and upstairs. Master Bedroom has 1 King bed with a T.V. and has a full bath with a double vanity sink. There is a small deck accessed from the Master Bedroom with bamboo furniture and it has views of the beach. The second bedroom also has 1 King bed with a small player and a cd player. The 3rd bedroom has 1 bunk bed with 1 Double bed on the bottom and 1 Twin bed on the top. There are also 2 other Twin beds in this room. There is a full bath with granite counters in between these 2 bedrooms.
Also there is a 1/2 bath downstairs; also with granite counters and it is nicely painted light green with a beautiful framed mirror.
Elegantly decorated and fresh, quiet in the back bedrooms and easy to get to the beach.
Nice fenced-in back yard with hot tub and pet friendly. Dogs welcome. Parking for 2 cars off-street. Extra room features a card table with 4 chairs and several games. Hot Tub in quiet back yard with a 4-person outdoor table with an Umbrella and 2 lounge chairs and Gas BBQ.
Walk over 2 houses and across the street onto the wonderful Moran Beach. Pet friendly beach. To the right of Moran Beach is more beach for long walks or jogging and plenty of surfing!
Bring bicycles for bicycling all along East Cliff Drive and down into Capitola or to the Yacht harbor.
Enjoy the hot tub after a long day on the beach.
There are showers across the street from the beach and bathrooms.
