It is an nicely appointed single level home with a large grassy back yard with 2 patios and patio furniture and a beautiful garden in the front. Enjoy the expansive vistas with endless whitewater views with retro kitchen with electric stove with granite tile counters. It has Comcast Cable and wireless internet service. 1st Bedroom has 1 King bed with spectacular ocean views. 2nd bedroom also has 1-King bed with great ocean views and a private bath. 3rd Bedroom has 2 Queen beds, and there is a bath on the hall for these two bedrooms. 4th bedroom has 1 Queen bed and there is a 1/2 bath; next to it. Spacious Living Room with ocean views and it is open to the Dining Area; that seats 8; with ocean views! Nice outdoor patio furniture and large grassy yard. No pets, please. This is a non-smoking home. All Linens & Towels Provided. BBQ, Cable, 2 TVs, 1 VCR, 1 DVD player, Dishwasher, Disposal, Blender, Toaster, Coffee maker, Microwave and 2 Ovens. The garage fits one car and has a large Washer & Dryer. Garage also has a hot and cold shower and large sink for after the beach sand removal. There are beach chairs and supplies stored here. Parking for 3 cars on property. Large fenced yard with grass and Fluffy towels and soft sheets. Basically, there are all the amenities to make your stay a dream. Great boogie boarding right out in front. Fish from the rock in front of the home, called "The Point." 2 BBQs for a scenic outdoor BBQ. Capitola is 4-minutes away. 5-minutes to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and 45-minutes to Monterey Bay and Aquarium. Beautiful location. Sorry no weddings or receptions
