This fabulous 4-story Townhouse is a 1-block walk to the Santa Cruz Wharf and Beach Boardwalk and has a great views of the Ocean and the lights of the Santa Cruz Wharf and Boardwalk.
The Main floor has an elegant Living Room with TV, Gas Fireplace and opens onto an adjoining Dining Room. The spacious Dining Room seats 10 and has a crystal chandelier and there is a fully equipped kitchen next to it. There is also 1/2 bath next to the Living Room. Off of the Living Room is the small outdoor deck with a 4-person outdoor table and a Charcoal BBQ. This deck overlooks the ocean and Santa Cruz Wharf and has views of the rollercoaster! There are many ocean views in the home.

There is 1-parking permit for inside the fenced in area around the townhouse for the 3rd parking place. The permit is located in the Living Room; on the desktop; in a basket; along with 2-house keys and a pool pass and 1-garage door opener.
