Ormond Ocean House - a beautifully elegant old home on the ocean in Ormond Beach, FL. Totally restored in 2005, this four bedroom, two bath home has beautiful ocean views from every room. Each room has the most beautiful decor, good linens, TV, books and everything to make each family member feel sequestered and pampered. When one is up in the house, you feel away from it all; yet, step outside and enjoy all the fun and craziness of the Daytona area.
This is a perfect home for a beach wedding for up to 120 guests. The beautiful lawn sets the tone for lovely white tents, flowing gowns and linens and a perfect day to remember. We have a great friend in Nancy at Seaside Ceremonies, who will help you with all the details. The cost of having your wedding at our house is additional to the rental rate and is based on the number of guests.
Our home is pet friendly and family friendly with a nice fenced yard, well set off the street. The house is very well-built, so one is not distracted by traffic noise. Three of the bedrooms are large enough to accommodate a crib or rollaway bed for little children, and these are available from our trusty rental fellow, bigbillsbeachstuff.com . There are many grocery, drug, health food, fast food outlets nearby. Lovely restarants include La Crepe en Haut, and Billy's Tap Room (you just have to go!).

Ormond Beach is a little suburb of Daytona Beach the motor racing mecca of the Southeast USA. Ormond Beach has retained a sense of dignity, as opposed to Daytona's brass-i-ness. It's a lovely beach, and while they will allow you to drive your car on the beach, you are not permitted to walk your dog on the beach. Go figure! Ormond Beach is convenient to the Daytona International Airport, one hour from Orlando International and two hours from Jacksonville International.
Rates
Prices include taxes and housekeeping, while pet fees and wedding fees are additional. High season is from Thanksgiving to Labor Day; Low season from Labor Day through Thanksgiving.
