Note: For Winter/Peak season, Monthly rentals will receive priority until November 1st. and Weekly rentals for that period will be considered after November 1st.
1. Rates are for up to 4 Occupants. Additional $75/week for each occupant over 4.
2. Minimum Rental Period: 1 week (If you wish to stay a shorter period, the weekly rate still applies.)
3. Utilities, local phone service and standard cleaning included
4. Security deposit & renter's credit background check required.
5. Allow minimum of 14 days to process rental agreement.

A MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS ARE REQUIRED TO PROCESS PAPERWORK....
- CERTIFIED/BANK CHECKS are required for non-USA citizens and are preferred for USA citizens. U.S. CERTIFIED/BANK or PERSONAL CHECKS are accepted for USA citizens, if time allows time for bank clearance. Credit card payment is currently not available.
CANCELLATION POLICY
REFUND IS DETERMINED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS. If cancelled 45 days or more before arrival date, full refund usually applies. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival date, refund will be determined on a full or pro-rate basis, if the renter's circumstances are unavoidable and time allows a replacement renter to be found for the rental period.
