Large colonial home on lovely Lakeside Drive in Bemus Point. Home is just down the street from the village and
also is a nice walk to Long Point State Park. Ideal setting for an escape from the City - great walks, fun village,
big yard for hanging out and enjoying the peaceful setting. If you are looking to take your family away - this fits

Home has 5 bedrooms (2 queen beds,1 double, 1 bunk bed and 2 twin beds), 2 1/2 baths. Large kitchen was
recently updated and the house is incredibly quaint but large enough to comfortably accomodate 10. There is
an enclosed porch, formal dining room and lounge, TV room and small library. Outside is a patio for bbq's with a
large yard with views over the lake. You can see pictures on the web site. Kitchen comes fully equiped with
appliances, dishes etc etc - everything you need to make those great breakfasts or family dinners.
Activities and Attractions
The house is located on one of the most desirable streets in Chautauqua lake - Lakeside Drive. Beautiful views
of the lake, with stunning evening sun sets. Activities are numerous in the are. Walking distance (5 min) is the
village center with shopping, dining as well as access to lake activities: Tennis, Playground, beach, boat and jet
ski rentals. There is also the Long Point State Park just a bit longer walk with access to lovely trails and picnic
areas. Around the lake are numerous golf opptys as well as easy access to historic Chautuaqua Institute with
art and music activities. Easy drive from Bemus is Amish country, Elicotville, Indian reservations and numerous
state parks. If you want to relax, the house is great, if you want to get out and about - the options are there.
