The guest bedroom is a trundle/day bed with two twins, TV, and DVD player complete the room. The guest bathroom is a shower tub and "night light" vanity that is lit from below. The entire house is designed for the health concious as all water is filtered and softened as it enters the home. Combined with a hepa filter a/c system and numerous air filters through out the house is great for those with allergies. Peak summer is a Sat-Sat 7 night minimum, Fall/Winter are a 3 night min. and all other seasons are a 5 night min. This unit has a 45 day cancelation period and requires a $250.00 security deposit.
No rentals will be made to vacationing students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian at a ratio of three (3) children to one (1) adult over the age of twenty-five (25).
