The Gulf Side boasts a 5,000 sq. ft. gulf front lagoon style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness center, and bbq grills. The Bay Side shines with its 700 ft lazy river, central pool with waterfall, two oversized hot tubs, and bbq grills, all with a view of the Choctawhatchee Bay and a skywalk to the beach. Both Gulf Side and Bay Side have limited covered parking.
DW613 is a top floor 1 bedroom, 2 bath plus bunkroom. This unit sleeps 6 and has a King in the master bedroom, 2 Twins (bunk bed) in the bunkroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 2 TVs, VCRs, DVD, stereo, and washer and dryer located in the unit. Sorry there is no virtual tour available at this time. This does not allow monthly rentals.
No rentals will be made to vacationing students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian at a ratio of three (3) children to one (1) adult over the age of twenty-five (25).
