Description:

A 2 bedroom/2 bath Pocono townhouse with a sleeping loft which overlooks Camelback Ski Resort/Camelbeach Waterpark. We are a 2 minute drive to the ski resort. There is downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowtubing at Camelback Mountain.
We have a fully furnished house with all the amenties of home. A living room with cathedral ceilings and a wood fireplace, a dining room, fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, electric stovetop and oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster oven and more.
We have games for the children and adults, 2 TV's with DVD players and 1 vcr, a video library, a stereo and a music library. Our bathrooms are full sized with a bathtub and shower in each. We have a master bedroom with the bathroom en-suite overlooking the mountain, beautiful views at night when the mountain is lit up for night skiing. The room has a Queen size bed and a twin sized bed and a TV and DVD player. We have 2nd bedroom with a Queen size bed. We have a loft which overlooks the Living room and sleeps 3 people on 3 twin sized beds.

We are A 10 minute drive to the Crossings Premium Outlet center, 5 minute drive to Barley Creek Microbrewery where the food is very good, 15 minutes from the new casino and more dining. There is horseback riding, golfing, cross country skiing, hiking, whitewater rafting, kayaking, sailing, skeet shooting, paintball gallery, wildlife zoo, museum and much more within 30 minutes of our rental.

We accept pets in our rental.

During the summer we have an outdoor heated pool which can be used for an additional fee paid to the association. We also have 2 outdoor tennis courts which can be used for a fee paid to the association.

We can sleep 8 people comfortably in our rental. The rental is perfect for families wanting to spend some quality time together. You can make your own meals and eat together and enjoy a relaxing night by the fireplace. We have an outdoor deck with a gas BBQ grill.

We have air-conditioning for those summer months when the weather gets hot.

We are surrounded by lots of trees and nature, at times you can see the deer come out and graze in the area. It is so peaceful that you will just forget about time as you sit on the front porch and just relax on our bench and watch the birds fly by.

We rent all year round, come see the autumn fall leaves, the winter snow, the spring mountain laurel or the summer flowers.
