There are TVs and VCRs in both downstairs bedrooms along with a great big TV, VCR, and DVD player in the living room. In the summer the pool and tennis courts are available, and the fitness room is open year round. It is also just minutes from Kings Beach fine dining and shopping. A 10% tax, cleaning fee, and security/damage deposit are required in addition to nightly rate.
