There is an additional $200 security deposit if a dog is coming. *For bigger groups, this home is 5 houses away from the Dapkus home and a very short walk to the Rice home. The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day. All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer (except the Gilad home), high speed wireless internet, and barbeque (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
