The hot tub faces the forest for a private feel. There is an additional $200 security deposit if a dog is coming. *For winter tenants, this home has a pretty steep driveway. When the driveway has snow on it you may need to park at the bottom of the driveway. Of course this depends on your car, snow driving experience, and driveway conditions. For larger groups, this home is only a couple doors down from the Nelson home, Higgins home, and and about 6 houses away from the Pfeiffer home. The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day.
