The living room with a rock fireplace is open to dining and kitchen, and it has vaulted ceilings. For bigger groups, this house is across the street from the Smith home and next door to the Dillow home. The Agate Bay Pool & Pier facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day. All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer (except the Gilad home), high speed wireless internet, and barbeque (many are only usable in the summer).
