The house is also within walking distance to Patton Beach which is a dog friendly beach. There is an additional $200 security deposit if a dog is coming. *This home has access to the pool and tennis courts but not the pier and buoy field. The Agate Bay Pool facilities are open from the Saturday before Fathers Day to the Sunday of Labor Day. All Agate Bay Realty rental homes are fully equipped with linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer (except the Gilad home), high speed wireless internet, and barbeque (many are only usable in the summer).
