A few steps more and you?ll be in the spacious family room furnished with 2 sofas (one is a sleeper) and 2 comfortable chairs. You will find this room to be great for conversation, reading or watching TV on the 37 inch flat screen with HD and movies on the DVD or VCR players. There is an assortment of games, videos and paperbacks in the entertainment cabinet. The family room has 2 sliding doors that exit to the deck and swimming pool. The large master bedroom is tucked away on the other side of the house, has its own private, light filled bathroom and contains a king sized bed. You can watch TV in bed, or exit the bedroom through the sliding door and go for a late night swim. The second bedroom is on the front side of the house, has a queen sized bed and its own TV. The third bedroom is also on the front side of the house, has 2 twin beds, a desk with high speed internet and its own TV. Adjacent to these 2 bedrooms is the 2nd bathroom that has a tub and shower combination. The family room, hallway and master bedroom surround a large private area of the deck that has its own hot tub! This is a home where you will truly enjoy living outdoors as well as indoors. The area around the pool features a large table with umbrella that seats 8, a gas grill and lounge chairs for relaxing around the pool. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off whether you are sandy from a day at the beach or too much time in the sand traps.
