You can rent the house during the off season for less money. You can also rent just half of the house during the off season for 1/2 of the price. The whole house can accommodate up to 40 guests. With 3 fenced acres there is plenty of room to CAMP outside. You can also bring your HORSES as there is a horse shelter and many trails on property and all over the lake area. You are just a half mile from the lake. Plenty of parking for 10 cars and boats. People who FISH will love all of the lakes and fishing all around the house and area. The house is 20 min from the Redding CA airport and all the shopping and other amenities.
