Welcome to" CoCo Cay" - our private tropical beach cottage located in a gated comunity in Miramar Beach.
If you're looking for an upscale private home in a tropical setting, you've found it! It's a grreat setting for a corporate retreat, family reunions, anniversaries, etc. It is the owners second home which they make available to vacationing guests when not there themselves, so it is furnished and maintained accordingly. The huge master bedroom with king sized bed has a large walk-in closet, an office area, private bath with garden tub, and a private entrance to the rear tropical yard. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen sofa-sleeper in the living room. The large eat-in kitchen is bright and a delight for the chef in the family!
An easy stroll to the deeded beach access or either of the community pools, tennis courts, and hot tub. Our home is non-smoking, no pets, and children are expected to be under adult supervision.
