There is a washer/dryer in the condo, central Air Conditioning, CAble TV in living room and mater. The kitchen is fully equiped. Ice maker, self clean range. Complete dining room, plus table and chairs on balcony!
The spacious master suite has a king size bed, TV, dresser and large walk in closet. A floor to ceiling sliding glass door to the balcony gives you an ocean view.
The guest room has two full beds, two closets and a dresser. Great for kids or another couple.
The living room has a direct oceanview and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Furniture includes a sofa sleeper,m loveseat and recliner, as well as a VCR/DVD and TV.
The conodi is located on the second floor with a view of the pool, shuffleboard and, of ocurse, the beach and ocean! Since it is a no drive beach it is great for running, biking or just relaxing
in the sun and water.
Amenities include assigned underground parking plus above ground gated parking lot, heate pool when needed tennis courts, and shuffle board, club house and sauna. Great oceanfront restaurant next door (North Turn Racers) - food is scrumptuous!

Daytona Motor Speedway, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse & Museum (2 miles)are nearby. Biking, great fishing, shopping, Daytona Flea Market, boaring and casino boat cruises are all less than 30 minutes from the condo. Cape Canaveral and Orlando are approximately and hours drive. Scheduled shuttle flights can be seen from the beach!
