This spacious and wonderfully furnished home has three well-appointed bedrooms, three full baths & a 2-car garage. Entertainment wont be a problem the home is equipped with Cox Digital Cable, DVD, STEREO with 5.1 Surround Sound with Speakers outside on the patio as well. All three bedrooms are also wired with DIGITAL CABLE TV, the two guest bedrooms even have DVD's.
During your stay you will be surrounded by polished hardwood floors, Tumbled travertine stone tile in the kitchen and solid slab Granite Counters. This home backs 270 degrees of privacy! No neighbors directly across the street, to the left side or directly behind the home. Natural stone tile in all the bathrooms and only natural glass, wood and stone throughout the house.
The master bedroom has a California king bed and a private door leading out to the pool. The master bathroom has a large roman tub and walk in shower and walk in closet. There is a door from the master bath that goes to a private patio with a fireplace. The two guest suites each have queen beds.
The kitchen is fit for a Gourmet Chef with a gas stove and stainless steel appliances. Soft water system with reverse osmosis. Outback you have a stainless steel drop in bbq with Rotisserie. There is a raised flagstone sundeck at the rear of the home by the pool.
The pool is accented with five hand carved cantera frog fountains. If you’re looking for a hot tub just a few steps from the home is a community hot tub and a large wood fireplace. There is a large community pool available as well. If you play Tennis you have use of the community courts. Grayhawk also features over 25 miles of jogging and walking paths.
