PickPackGo guarantees all Property Managers and Owners the following:

  • You may adjust your rental fees to reflect marketplace value at any time.
  • PickPackGo will post updates to availability calendars immediately and will never double book a property based on its unique property listing ID.
  • We will provide detailed property address information to renters only after a booking has been confirmed.
  • We offer a 30-day, money-back guarantee to anyone not completely satisfied with our optional lead generation programs.
  • We will remove property listings posted by individual owners if the property is managed under agreement with a property manager who has listed the same property at PickPackGo.
  • Your rental fees are protected against fraud and chargebacks when PickPackGo processes the credit card transaction on your behalf.
  • We optionally allow property managers and owners to have damage insurance applied to bookings processed by PickPackGo.

Security Blanket™ Guarantee - Property Manager and Owner Benefits

The Security Blanket™ Guarantee is designed to assure property managers and owners that we are committed to offering a high-quality service and to helping you quickly resolve any issues surrounding bookings made through PickPackGo. Property managers and owners will receive the following benefits from the Security Blanket™ Guarantee by meeting the requirements set forth below.

24x7 Pricing Adjustment

To help maximize the rental income you generate from your properties, we guarantee you always have the opportunity to adjust pricing for your properties (excluding existing agreements with PickPackGo renters), at your convenience. We guarantee any pricing adjustment issues will be resolved within one (1) business day of hearing about the issue.

No Double Bookings

PickPackGo will infer availability, as well as always allow you to instantly update your availability calendar, so renters always see the most current availability information.

All properties entered into PickPackGo have a unique property listing ID. We guard against double bookings by requiring your explicit approval and acceptance of all booking details prior to completion of the booking transaction on your behalf, or conveying the booking information to you.

Privacy

To protect the security and privacy of property managers, owners and their properties, we provide detailed property address information and contact details to renters only after all booking details have been agreed upon and confirmed.

Complete Satisfaction Guaranteed

We want our customers to be completely satisfied. If participants in our lead generation programs are dissatisfied for any reason, we'll refund the charges that were billed to their account within the first thirty (30) days of their registration (up to a maximum of $50.00 USD)—no questions asked.

Duplicate Listings

We understand the important role that property managers have in the vacation rental marketplace. Therefore, we remove duplicate listings posted by individual owners if the property is managed under agreement with a property manager who has already listed or is seeking to list the same property at PickPackGo.

Protection

We protect property managers and owners that list properties on PickPackGo against fraudulent bookings by quickly following up on complaints about renters, verifying billing addresses of credit card holders, and monitoring the Internet and email addresses from which bookings are submitted.

For booking transactions completed at PickPackGo, property managers and owners will not be held responsible for credit card chargebacks and associated penalty fees for fraudulent bookings. This guarantee is in effect when a physical imprint or photocopy of the credit card used for the reservation is captured at check-in, along with a signature and photo ID.

Damage Claims

Every renter that books a vacation rental through PickPackGo is offered an opportunity to purchase $1,500.00 (USD) of damage insurance from AIG Travel Guard for a nominal $45.00 (USD) fee. PickPackGo allows property managers and owners to have this damage insurance policy applied to every booking processed by PickPackGo.

Resolving Disputes

In the event issues arise with a particular renter or property, we encourage prompt and direct communication between property managers and owners and their renters. Property managers and owners may also contact PickPackGo Customer Service by phone at 1.877.824.6912 (local/international: 1.415.558.8245) or bookings@pickpackgo.com for assistance in resolving issues.

If a problem arises, property managers, owners and renters must follow the procedures below to receive the benefits provided by the Security Blanket™ Guarantee. All claims must be submitted within the timeframes below to receive the benefits of the guarantee and to allow PickPackGo an opportunity to effectively resolve your issue.

Making a Claim Under the Security Blanket™ Guarantee

If you would like to submit a claim, please follow the procedures below to receive the benefits provided by the Security Blanket™ Guarantee. If claims are not submitted in a timely manner to allow PickPackGo an opportunity to resolve issues, you may not receive the benefits of the guarantee.

If you believe that a booking may be fraudulent, contact bookings@pickpackgo.com or PickPackGo Customer Service by phone at 1.877.824.6912 (local/international: 1.415.558.8245) immediately. We investigate potentially fraudulent bookings promptly and work with you to make a decision to cancel or retain the booking.

If you believe your property has incurred damage as a result of a PickPackGo renter's stay, you should attempt to reconcile the situation with the renter before or during check-out. If you cannot resolve the situation directly with the renter, you must contact bookings@pickpackgo.com or AIG Travel Guard as directed by the policy information. PickPackGo cannot help resolve damage issues that have not been reported within fifteen (15) days of check-out.

If you are unable to update your rental rates or to immediately update your availability calendar, email support@pickpackgo.com.

If you believe a double booking with the same unique PickPackGo property listing ID has occurred, contact bookings@pickpackgo.com or PickPackGo Customer Service by phone at 1.877.824.6912 (local/international: 1.415.558.8245) within thirty (30) days of the booking in question.

If you believe the same property has been listed on PickPackGo by both a property manager and an individual owner, contact listings@pickpackgo.com or PickPackGo Customer Service by phone at 1.877.824.6912.

Terms and Conditions

The PickPackGo Security Blanket™ Guarantee applies to all bookings beginning June 1, 2007.
