Using PickPackGo

No. Browse all you like, for as long as you like. Save as many favorite listings as you like. It's only when you inquire about properties or book a stay that you'll need to register, so we can keep track of your rentals. The good news is you only have to register once and we'll remember you the next time you visit.
Yes. First, we need to ensure our property managers and home owners that you're a qualified renter. After all, you wouldn't want just anyone staying in your house, would you? Second, we need to verify the billing address for the credit card you use to complete a booking transaction - just like other sites such as amazon.com or netflix.com.
Searching for vacation rental properties and inquiring about those properties is completely free for renters.

Renting Properties

If you like the price of a particular vacation property and it's available for the dates you want to travel, you may go ahead and make a booking inquiry to the owner. If you have questions about a specific property or its rental fees, you may also select the "Inquire" button to submit your questions or your booking proposal.
Cancellations unfortunately do happen. We offer travel insurance to all of our renters, providing a cost-effective way to protect against unforeseen circumstances that impact your travel plans. Please notify us at cancellation@pickpackgo.com or 1.877.824.6912 (local/international: 1.415.558.8245), as well as AIG Travel Guard if you purchased travel insurance, as soon as possible regarding any changes to your travel plans. If you must cancel your rental, property managers/owners may refund a portion of your rental fees if the property is rented again.
You must accept the terms of our property booking contract. In addition, most properties have an additional rental agreement that you may be required to read and accept. There are no standard rules for staying at properties listed at PickPackGo, except perhaps the Golden Rule, which is to treat others' property as you would like yours to be treated.
Our listings are from reputable property managers and home owners. In the unlikely event that a property isn't available, we'll work hard to rectify the situation with the property manager or owner, and in some cases offer you a similar or better accommodation. For transactions booked through PickPackGo, renters are protected by our Security Blanket™ Guarantee.
Private-party transactions conducted using checks or cash are more time-consuming and less secure than credit card transactions. Credit card transactions provide a history of your rentals and provide more immediate resolution should you not be completely satisfied with your stay.
It is in your best interest and the property manager or owner's interest to fix any problems immediately. Contact information for the owner or a local representative should be included in pre-arrival instructions and posted in the rental. The person you have been directed to contact will be your best resource to quickly resolve any issues.
It's not uncommon to ask property managers or owners for a list of reference customers for a particular vacation home.

With these reviews, we are not attempting to diminish or inflate any particular property. We are trying to provide some objective criteria to help in your decision process. Unlike other sites, our reviews only be accepted from travelers who have stayed in that property.

Absolutely. Immediately following your stay, we welcome your feedback. Like amazon.com, our "suitcase" rating and review system allows you to provide an overall rating and write as little or as much as you'd like about your experience.
While we have thousands of properties available, we know you really only care about the homes that fit your needs and are available during your travel dates. Our goal is to show the most relevant sites to you each and every time you visit PickPackGo.
You and the property manager or owner will communicate directly to determine when and where keys should be exchanged.
Typically, each home will have its own rental agreement outlining terms and conditions of your stay. Most of the properties listed on PickPackGo make these additional rental agreements available online from the property details page, so that you can review it prior to making any booking decisions. Once you decide to book a home, the transaction cannot be considered complete until the paperwork is completed, signed and in the hands of the property manager or owner.
You must be at least 18 years old with a major credit card to rent a home at PickPackGo.
