Listing your property on PickPackGo

Unlike other listing sites, it's absolutely free to list properties. There are no set-up or annual fees—ever. You receive inquiries from renters for free as soon as you publish your listing.

When you list and book properties on PickPackGo, you receive many unique benefits, including:

  • No set-up or annual listing fees, unlike classified vacation rental listing sites
  • The ability to set your rates and select marketing options by property and by travel season
  • Straightforward, effective, performance-driven marketing programs
  • Protection against fraud and credit card chargebacks when you choose to have PickPackGo process credit card transactions on your behalf

You may optionally pay what you like for each email inquiry, which improves the placement of your listing in search results. This can generate more inquiries that lead to more rentals.

You may also optionally choose to book through our service. The transaction fee will be 3.5% per transaction. Renters will also be charged a processing fee of $25 per booking. When you and your renter allow us to complete the booking, we protect both of you with our Security Blanket™ Guarantee, greatly reducing potential losses due to fraud and credit card chargebacks. The Security Blanket™ Guarantee provides renters with assurances and peace of mind that enable you to complete more bookings more quickly.

Properties may be removed from our site for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, inappropriate material, incomplete information or images, the owner has been unresponsive to renter email inquiries, three negative renter reviews have been received and the owner has taken no steps to correct the concerning issues, and more. To have your properties shown on PickPickGo, follow these easy steps:

  1. From the ISILink main menu, choose "Channel Partner Management"
  2. Choose "PickPackGo" from the list of Channel Partners
  3. Click the "Show Properties" button
  4. Click the checkbox in the top left of the properties list to showcase all of your properties on PickPackGo.

You may always list as many properties as you like, for free. If you are a property manager that would like assistance listing all of your properties at once on PickPackGo, please contact us for assistance with preloading your listings.

Getting the most out of PickPackGo

You may include a wide range of information in each property listing, many of which can help to increase your property's ranking in search results (e.g. photos, up-to-date availability calendars, and more).

We make it easy to:

  • Describe how your property appeals to particular groups of guests
  • Add and manage up-to-date availability and pricing information, by travel season

Unlike most vacation rental property listing services that require an annual payment simply to list your property on their site with no guarantee that they'll generate any interest or income for your property we offer performance-driven marketing programs designed to increase your booking volume and total rental income. You only pay when we deliver.

We know your time is valuable and you have many advertising and marketing options to consider. At PickPackGo, you simply tell us how much you're willing to pay for inquiries. We find highly qualified and interested guests and direct them to you automatically. There are no minimum requirements and no up-front costs, and you may change your bids at any time. We're motivated to find you the highest quality inquiries for the price you specify.

PickPackGo uses availability information to show renters properties that are available during their preferred dates of travel. When you participate in our marketing programs, we can deliver more highly qualified inquiries and stretch your marketing budget when your availability calendar is up-to-date. To make your life easy, we automatically update your availability calendar as we process or convey bookings to you.
When you add a property listing, you will have an opportunity to bid for inquiries based on travel seasons. Higher bids cause your property to be ranked more highly in search results for a guest's proposed travel dates relative to similar property listings. After you have published a listing, you may adjust your bids from the marketing tab of the edit listing page.
As a registered property manager or owner, you will have online access to a listing dashboard, featuring all of your registered property listings. From there, you can easily add or modify listings and review detailed reports for your properties.
When you receive an email saying a guest wants to book your property, you'll be given a link to follow online to see the details of the booking request. Alternatively, you may visit PickPackGo and see all active booking requests at your listing dashboard. After you update and/or confirm the dates, price and booking details, we'll notify the guest. As soon as both parties have confirmed the acceptability of the booking details, we'll either process the booking on your behalf or convey the booking information to you. Please respond to all booking requests and inquiries as soon as possible and within 24 hours. If any request remains unconfirmed for more than 24 hours from the time of the email notification, potential renters typically search for alternative properties. If you are no longer authorized to accept bookings for a property listed on PickPackGo, please contact us immediately.

Payment Questions

If you choose to have PickPackGo process credit card transactions on your behalf, we will send your rental fees to you by electronic funds transfer or physical check, at your option, within five (5) business days of the guest check-in date. If you have specific questions about a booking, please email bookings@pickpackgo.com.
Electronic funds transfers are more convenient, faster and more secure.
We wait to transfer rental fees to you until after the guest has an opportunity to check in. If we have not heard from the guest within one (1) business day of his/her check-in time, we release the funds to you. By supporting this process, you are helping to make the PickPackGo site more secure. We appreciate your support. After you have completed three (3) rental transactions, fees are transferred to you within five (5) days of receipt.
Simply log in to PickPackGo and change your payment preferences at any time.
All properties booked through the PickPackGo service have a standard cancellation policy. If a cancellation occurs within sixty (60) days of the check-in date, 50% of the rental and booking fees are forfeited. If a cancellation occurs within thirty (30) days of the check-in date, 100% of the rental and booking fees are forfeited. If the property manager or owner has a more lenient cancellation policy, the more lenient cancellation policy will prevail.

Updating Property Listings

When properties are booked through PickPackGo, availability calendars are automatically updated. The property will not be marketed to potential guests for dates that are not available. If you would like to manually block out additional dates, simply log in to PickPackGo, select the listing of interest and manually block out dates on the availability calendar online. Keeping the availability information up-to-date ensures that you receive the highest quality leads on dates for which your property is available.
Pricing may be changed anytime, except for existing bookings. To modify pricing on any property, simply log in to PickPackGo, select the property listing of interest and edit the rate information page for the individual listing.
We don't. However, we only allow registered guests who have actually stayed at your property to review the property. Guests may provide an overall rating and explanation of their experience with your property. You then get an opportunity to comment on that response, to clarify discrepancies or add any additional information relevant to the review. If you have a specific question or want to contest a rating, please contact us.

General Administration

Simply log on to PickPackGo and edit your profile information at any time.
If you no longer own or manage a property listed on PickPackGo, please contact us immediately to let us know you are no longer able to approve bookings for this listing.
Pricing is completely up to you. You may use our rate information table to easily calculate and change pricing, 24 hours a day. If you are having difficulty pricing your property, you may want to look at comparable listings in your area to give you an idea of the value of your property. It's no guarantee of bookings, but it may help.

When setting the price of your property, remember it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable local, state, federal and international laws, statutes, regulations and taxes.

We are currently developing synchronization capabilities with a number of property management software products. To request access to early releases of these features, please contact us with your contact information, the number of properties you currently manage, the URL for your website and the name and version number of your property management software.
